Short version

SyncroFit keeps your data on your device by default. The only data that leaves your phone is what you explicitly share — published workouts, your trainer profile (if you opt in), and the authentication credentials you use to sign in. We don't sell your data, we don't run advertising, and we don't track you across other apps.

What we collect

Account credentials. When you sign in with email, Apple, or Google, we store your email + a Firebase user ID. With Apple Sign-In, Apple may proxy your email through their relay service — we never see your real address unless you choose to share it.

Workouts you publish. When you toggle "Make my profile public" or publish a specific circuit, that data is stored on Firebase Firestore so it can be discovered by other users. Workouts you keep private stay local to your device.

Audio and images you record. Coach voice messages, custom voice cues, and trainer logos are stored locally. If you publish a workout, attached audio + your logo are uploaded to Firebase Storage so they travel with the published copy.

Microphone access. Used only when you tap the record button for a custom voice cue or a coach message. We never record without an explicit tap.

Services we use

  • Firebase (Google) — authentication, Firestore database, and storage. Data is stored on Google Cloud servers in the US.
  • Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store delivery.
  • Google Sign-In — optional authentication provider.
  • Vercel — serves this website and the share-link preview pages.

What we don't do

  • No analytics SDKs or behavioral tracking inside the app.
  • No advertising — we don't sell or share your data with advertisers.
  • No location tracking. The app never asks for your location.
  • No data sold to third parties.

Your control

You can sign out at any time from Settings. You can turn your public profile off and your data stops appearing in the trainer directory. You can delete your account by emailing dinof777@gmail.com — we delete your authentication record, profile, and all published workouts within 7 days of request.

Children

SyncroFit is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
